Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of PocketDramas ("Service"). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use PocketDramas. Some content is rated for mature audiences and may not be suitable for users under 18.

2. Account

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for any activity on your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Subscription & billing

• The Trial Pass is ₹1 for 14 days. It auto-renews at ₹299/month (or the price displayed at purchase) unless cancelled before the trial ends.
• Subscriptions auto-renew at the start of each billing cycle. You can cancel any time from Settings → Subscription → Cancel; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Payments are processed by Paytm. PocketDramas does not store your card or UPI details.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Record, download, screen-capture, or redistribute any content from the Service.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the app.
• Use the Service to harass, defame, or post unlawful content in comments or reviews.
• Share your account credentials with others or use the Service for commercial display.

5. Content & ownership

All series, episodes, artwork, and trademarks displayed in PocketDramas are owned by PocketDramas or its licensors and are protected by copyright. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to stream content during the active subscription period.

6. User-submitted content

When you post a comment or rating, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display it inside the app. You retain ownership of what you post. We may remove any user content that violates these Terms.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Account → Delete Account.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted streaming. To the maximum extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the fees you have paid in the 3 months preceding any claim.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at our registered office location.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms occasionally. The "Last updated" date above will reflect the most recent revision. Material changes will be highlighted in the app.
